ShantiNiketan (SN) is a pioneer in building retirement communities aimed at providing niche segments with those things that really matter to persons of those segments. SN has built communities in Tavares Fl (www.ShantiNiketan-US.com), and launching similar communities in various cities around the US and other countries.

SN’s founder, Iggy Ignatius, started ShantiNiketan Ashram to build and operate retirement communities to serve those who are unable to pay, in part or in full, for their own retirement care, especially for low to moderate income individuals & families.
