You can choose to be a donor with any amount that you want to give back to our seniors as follows:

GRAND Perpetual Sponsor

As a GRAND Perpetual Sponsor, you will donate $200,000 in one lumpsum or in installments that will pay for the complete care of one couple. It will pay for the home, food, utilities, maintenance, etc. You would be practically be taking care of one couple like you would take care of your parents. Outside the house, you sponsor we will place a plaque which will say “Donated by Grand Sponsors: Mrs & Mr (Your Name)”. The amount donated using this method will be tax-deductible.

In addition, your PHOTO will be placed on the wall in the living room of the condo so the residents in perpetuity will know that it is your generosity that is giving them the life they are experiencing.

Home Sponsor

As a HOME Sponsor, you will donate $75,000 in one lump sum or in installments that will pay for the cost of one 1-bedroom condo which will house one couple. You would have paid for a home where a couple, like your parents, will live till they pass away. After them, another couple would live there. Outside the house you sponsor will have a plaque which will say “Donated by Mrs & Mr (Your Name)”. The amount donated using this method will be tax-deductible.

Have Your Cake and Eat It Too!

If you want to donate a house, but are hesitant because you are keeping the money for your own use, if in case you need it for your own medical expense, later on, there is an option where you can buy the home in your name, but lease it to us which we can use for taking care of a senior couple. Anytime a need arises for yourself, SNA will guarantee to buy back the condo at the same price as you had bought it for.

Under this option, SNA would ask that you donate this home to us upon your death, and so mentioned in your Last Will and Testament. This amount or asset will NOT be tax deductible while the Title of the home is still in your name. But you can have the satisfaction of having helped a senior couple while you are still living, but at the same time be confident that the money is available if you ever need it. SNA is buying your home from funds raised from other donors.

One Day in Perpetuity Sponsor

You can donate $600 that will go towards paying for the total care of one couple for one day in a year in PERPETUITY. You can also donate in multiples of $600.

You can also pledge to donate $600 (or multiples) EVERY YEAR. This will ensure that we are able to keep adding more condos to accommodate additional couples every year, thus expanding the number of seniors we can serve.

If you want your donation to go to help a specific person/couple, you can go to our website and browse through the list of recipients who have asked for assistance in their golden years. You may find someone whose profile looks like someone you know and maybe want to help them.

Anytime a person/couple is sponsored in full, they will be asked to move into SNA. However, this may take a long time for one couple to be sponsored in full. Meanwhile we will be collecting donations from hundreds and thousands of people which will help us start constructing the homes where people will move into. When sufficient donation have been collected to sponsor one couple, one couple from the city where the donation has come from, will be invited to move into SNA and start living there.

The volunteer who raises sufficient amount to take care of a couple, will also have the opportunity to select the couple to come and live in SNA.
